T. Belman Yesterday I wrote an article about Lindell’s Election Summit and about Lindell now having the proof he needs to defend against the defamation suit against him. I submitted it for publication to a prominent site and they were too frightened to publish it. I also submitted it to one of the listed defendants below and doubt they will publish it. Then I will have to decide if it is too dangerous for me to publish it.

Fox News settled Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation lawsuit against it Tuesday for $787.5 million, avoiding an anticipated six-week trial in the case and bringing two years of litigation to an end—but Dominion and rival company Smartmatic still have numerous other cases pending against right-wing defendants over fraud claims involving the companies’ machines, including a separate pending case against Fox News.

Anti-judicial reform protesters have turned the Israeli army into a political tool, and if the military doesn’t put a stop to it it risks losing the national consensus, says Brig. Gen. (res.) Ari Singer, former commander of the Israel Defense Forces reserves (2017-2021).
Protest leaders are conducting a “propaganda and influence operation” to topple the government, and appear willing to sacrifice the army’s reputation to do it, according to Singer. “It’s called psychological operations, or psyops, and it’s being carried out brilliantly by those leading the protests. Walking into the children’s section of a public library, I spotted a copy of ‘Woke: A Young Poet’s Call to Justice’’. Published in 2020, it’s almost a cultural artifact because ‘woke’ has gone from a hip term for leftism to a battered conservative punching bag in the culture war.
‘Woke’, the term, peaked in 2020. In 2017, it was added to the Oxford English Dictionary and appeared as a category on Jeopardy. Next year, Essence magazine announced its list of ‘Woke 100 Women’. In 2020, Disney’s Hulu aired ‘Woke’:, a tedious series about a college activist.
Malcom Dash. I agree with Gadi Taub’s Tablet article (He was a founder member of the Peace Now movement), he’s an intellectual heavyweight, as is Ran Baratz. Taub, with elegance, describes the judicial tyranny exercised by the legal establishment. There are many other right-wing intellectuals who come to the same understanding as Taub.
They too describe the problem in the same manner, as I believe many right-wing politicians, Bibi included, do. However, this is a political conflict with no chance of resolution through legal nuances. It’s past time for straight talk. The Right must leave its comfort zone—an ivory tower—of academic legal parrying for and against judicial reform.

Attorney General Merrick Garland announced on Friday that U.S. attorney for the District of Delaware David Weiss, who orchestrated Hunter Biden’s sweetheart plea deal, will now serve as special counsel in the government’s probe of the Biden family business.
The blatantly partisan decision to appoint a co-conspirator in the plot to cover up the Biden family business should not go unpunished. Republicans should start by impeaching Garland, whose track record even before the recent special counsel appointment was worth immense scrutiny. Garland’s decision to bestow special privileges and status on yet another one of Biden’s corrupt deep-state attorneys only adds to the growing list of reasons why he should be prosecuted and removed.
Imagine if the United States treated China in the same way it does us?
What if American companies simply ignored Chinese copyrights and patents, and stole Chinese ideas, inventions, and intellectual property, as they pleased and with impunity?
What if the American government targeted Chinese industries by dumping competing American export products at below the cost of production — to bankrupt Chinese competitors and corner their markets?

There is so much out there that stinks. I’m considering digging out my mask, if I can find it, to keep the smell away. Nothing is as it should be…criminals don’t get prosecuted, fires don’t get put out, the border will not be secured. The war on drugs was lost decades ago, the homeless will not be asked to leave, too many men and women don’t know what gender they are, and every human worm has crawled out of its hole. But, a Chicago group did ask criminals to not shoot between the hours of 9AM – 9PM. For much of the country, especially the big cities, a total acquiescence.

Former President Donald J. Trump plans to upstage the first Republican primary debate on Wednesday by sitting for an online interview with the former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, according to multiple people briefed on the matter.
In the past 24 hours, Mr. Trump has told people close to him that he has made up his mind and will skip the debate in Milwaukee, according to two of the people briefed on the matter.

Last week, the constitutional nature of a Basic Law was raised in the Supreme Court, specifically, the question of the constitutionality of an amendment to the Basic Law: The Government. This amendment was enacted to prevent the legal advisor to the government from declaring that a Prime Minister who has an indictment against him or her is in fact incapacitated and thus must be dismissed. It is important to note that the person who is authorized to indict the Prime Minister is none other than the legal advisor to the government acting in her role as head of the prosecution. Therefore, if the legal advisor has this authority, she would be able to dismiss a Prime Minister solely by pressing charges against him or her.
