Unprecedented?? The Generals alarm
This morning in Yedioth Ahronot, 169 former chiefs of staff, heads of Mossad, Shabak, police, and generals published an announcement. They caution against an immediate threat to the security of the State of #Israel if the government ignores the… pic.twitter.com/jRG86OPdKs

The threat of war in Ukraine is growing. As the unelected government in Kiev declares itself unable to control the rebellion in the country’s east, John Kerry brands Russia a rogue state. The US and the European Union step up sanctions against the Kremlin, accusing it of destabilising Ukraine. The White House is reported to be set on a new cold war policy with the aim of turning Russia into a “pariah state”.

Appeals to scientific or expert consensus have in recent years played a significant part of the debate on contentious issues. For laymen, even the nature of the alleged consensus may be difficult to evaluate. Is it a consensus arrived at by experts of varied prior beliefs critically and independently approaching an issue without regard for the public policy implications of their conclusions, or is it one that reflects the self-replicating and conformity-inducing tendencies of academia?
We all agree on the necessity of judicial review of the legislative and executive branches, but what creates a counterbalance to the court?

1. Dear senators and members of Congress,
Last week you received an open letter sent by former Israeli diplomats presenting their view of the controversy currently raging in Israel over reform of the judicial system. As far as they are concerned, Israel’s democracy is in danger. This letter is part of a broader phenomenon in which serious people compete among themselves over who will prophesize the greatest catastrophe for the State of Israel due to what they call the “judicial coup.”

“Since 1947… Pakistan has initiated three full-fledged wars with India…. In addition, Pakistan has consistently utilized cross-border terrorism in India as an official instrument of state policy, including the 26/11 Mumbai attacks that killed 166 people…. Pakistan’s military and ISI spy agency also continues to support the Taliban, the Haqqani group, Lashkar-eTaiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad, and other affiliated militant groups in Afghanistan to undermine U.S. military operations and maintain its strategic influence there.” — Hindu American Foundation, August 2019.
Finally, the summer! When July and August arrive, that means we are finished with the annual disgusting June “Pride Month” from Perdition. We are free again from a month of non-stop media and Woke corporate efforts at mass brainwashing to make us believe that homosexuality is natural and that transgenderism is normal. Perhaps most remarkably, the argument by the “Open Orthodox” that even “bisexuals” should be encouraged to transgress Torah law even though they admit they are attracted to permitted partners. (That is why I place the “B” in parentheses below.)
By refusing to serve in the military, is the Israeli left holding the country hostage? Have we seen this before? “Top Story” with Jonathan Tobin and guest Iddo Netanyahu, Ep. 105
American Jewish efforts to intervene in Israeli politics in order to halt efforts towards judicial reform are both wrongheaded and dangerous. According to JNS editor-in-chief Jonathan Tobin, Jewish groups that are taking sides in an Israeli domestic dispute are helping to fuel civil unrest there and moving towards a tragic schism within the broader Jewish world.
As Haredi factions return to power, can the inward-looking politics of yesteryear rise to the challenge of a community grown too big to live at someone else’s expense?

All of a sudden, everyone is talking about Haredim.
The formation of the new government and the dramatic concessions offered by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the Haredi parties in his coalition has brought the question of the Haredi, or ultra-Orthodox, economy to the forefront of public debate.
Front-page feature articles in Israeli media over the past two weeks have laid bare troubling economic indicators. Put simply, the Haredi community, which makes up just 12% of Israel’s population, is an epicenter of poverty.
The adage “Hanlon’s Razor” states that one should “never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity” and aims to eliminate improbable explanations for human behavior. The term “useful idiots” describes those who should know better than to support causes that threaten their natural interests but do so anyway (the phrase was famously applied to western progressives who shilled for the Soviet Union despite its totalitarian contempt for western freedoms). Hanlon’s Razor never assumes ill-intent, while useful idiocy suggests a degree of willfulness; but both presuppose the inevitability of bad acts. Thus, negative conduct is the one constant, whether motivated by animus or ignorance. Read more…
Recent reports suggest a concerning development surrounding the January 6 committee. Jesse Watters of Fox News has claimed that the committee tasked with investigating the events of January 6, may have destroyed nearly half of its evidence.
T. Belman. Considering how Bibi was a lapdog for WHO and Pfizer during the Covid pandemic, his acceptance of this loss of sovereignty greatly concerns me.
WHO director-general can ‘just declare pandemic with no standards, then countries around world have to obey’
“Negotiations for new rules for dealing with pandemics are currently underway at the World Health Organization (WHO). The organization’s 194 member countries, including Israel, plan on adopting a legally binding agreement by May 2024. The updated rules will give the WHO the ability to declare a pandemic, even against the wishes of member states.”
I’m a Jew, a feminist, an author, and an academic. I believe in universal human rights. I am not a multi-cultural relativist. I do not respect the postcolonial academy, which brought about the palestinianization of intellectual reality, and which projected Islam’s apartheid practices onto Israel. I oppose the consequent worship of victim status, identity politics and the balkanization of identity.

This remarkable book on “The Soros Agenda” by Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld focuses on the challenges emanating from the Globalists/progressive cabal. Globalists strive for a World government managed by “experts” and deep thinkers who could solve the world’s problems, supposedly to everybody’s benefit. Globalists do not believe in or respect sovereign nations, claiming such views are too self-centered and provincial. Globalists also do not respect religions. Instead, they work to create “universal” laws that would serve to replace God with themselves as the Lords of the universe. Read more…
Partnership with Greece and Cyprus is a game changer, giving Israel vital strategic depth during a conflict.
By Col. (Res.) Dr. Eran Lerman, JISSAug 9, 2023,)
Eli Cohen’s Visit to Greece as an Indication of Israel’s Priorities
The convincing win by Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ Nea Dimokratia (ND, New Democracy) center-right party in the second round of the Greek parliamentary elections on June 25 stabilizes the political scene in Athens. Since the Greek constitutional system significantly rewards the party with the most votes in a second round, ND now has an absolute majority of 158 out of 300 in parliament. In effect, it completes a cycle of elections in key Eastern Mediterranean nations, confirming experienced political figures in office:
U.S. National Security Council said no framework has been agreed upon, despite the Wall Street Journal reporting that the deal could happen within one year
On Wednesday, the Wall Street journal reported that U.S. officials said Israel will make concessions to the Palestinians in order to facilitate the agreement. Those same officials estimated that a normalization deal between the two countries can be reached within nine to 12 months, though the report adds that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is in no rush to reach a deal. #Jordan is the alpha and the omega. Jordan is the key to the entire matrix that has been enslaving us, humans, on this planet. Therefore, #Jordan‘s kinglet had enjoyed absolute protection from the globalists, because his fall will lead to the fall of all of the cabal’s puppets in the entire Middle East region… Today, the cabal is unable to protect itself, hence, the kinglet is just the remnants of a filthy period that will soon be thrown into the cesspool of the past…..
