Peloni:  The road back from anarchy requires an absolute commitment by the judiciary to act as the good arbiters of justice, and for this to be enforced, judges must be held accountable for violating standards of professional conduct and the law.  Bravo to Daniel Greenfield, Former Rep. Louis Gohmert, and the David Horowitz Freedom Center for doing the heavy lifting in restoring the groundwork of judicial accountability in America.  If only such standards of accountability for the judiciary were normative in Israel – just one of the many benefits of having an actual constitution complete with checks and balances.  The weaponization of judicial decisions based on political preferences and arbitrary standards is not justice, it is tyranny, and democratic governance can not survive the practiced exploitation of tyrannical rule.  This simple premise was the very premise upon which the judiciary was instituted in the Western world.  Fiat justitia ruat caelum, ie let justice be done though the heavens fall.

Only judicial accountability can end the judicial coup.

Peloni:  Final tweet at the bottom is chilling to read. Trump is pleading with Bibi to stand down, arguing

“Each of them had their fun. Israel had its strike and Iran had its strike. We don’t need another one.”

He is wrong. This statement is so incredibly wrong I don’t know what to say. It is as if Trump has no concept of what the actual difference is between Victory and Defeat. These are not just words, and in the Middle East, these words hold power over the survival of whole civilizations.

Iran initiated an attack on Israel with no provocation, despite Trump’s suggesting the contrary.  Lebanon and Iran are not common regions, and Israel responding to attacks from Lebanon can not be allowed to be accepted as Israel provoking Iran.  Trump’s comment on this is not only damaging to Israel, but it is in complete disregard to Lebanon, a nation with which Trump is forcing Israel to hold peace talks.  Trump appears to want to have it both ways, but either Lebanon is Iranian territory, or it is not, and in fact it is NOT.

Hence, if Bibi stands down now, in the face of an unprovoked major Iranian attack on the Israeli population, it will destroy him politically, but more than this it will present Israel as weak, and a complete toady to Trump’s will, which is why it will destroy Bibi’s political future. Israel is a strong nation in a difficult region of the world, and it needs a strong leader to lead it, not an American stooge.

If Bibi capitulates to Trump after having been shelled with ballistic missiles over the period of an hour, it will send a catastrophic message to Israel’s allies as well as to its enemies, and Israel can not afford to send such a message to anyone, not for any deal.

My opinion It is Naive to think that coexisting with the Arabs making them rich in Judea and Samaria will work. It’s obvious Israel cannot Trust President Trump or the United States. It’s the same mentality that brought us October 7 th. Below are a few points of problems that would happen even if Israel did not declare sovereignty, or for that matter a suicide deal such as land for peace. My opinion The only solution has to be all Non Christian Arabs in Judea and Samaria must go to Jordan Permanently. All Gazans must leave Gaza Permanently.
