Israel must say ‘No’ to a new US-Iran nuclear understanding

It is beyond reason why the US wants to help a radical Islamist rabid anti-American regime intent on taking over the Middle East.

By Professor Efraim Inbar

The Biden administration is working assiduously to reach a new agreement with Iran on its nuclear program. The current formula is less for less, meaning less stringent demands from Iran in the nuclear arena in exchange for only partially removing economic sanctions.

The US hopes to freeze the Iranian nuclear program by accepting the progress made so far and canceling some economic sanctions that hurt Iran. Despite the sanctions and the international opprobrium, Iran has continued the enrichment of uranium to higher levels (around 60%), and according to several reports, it has progressed in its weaponization program.

The Story of O.

How a Marxist whole foods cult from the ’70s perfected modern woke social control

BY Samuel Biagetti, TABLET

One evening in the later months of 1982, a young bakery manager, machinist, and political organizer named Alexandra Stein parked her car on a seedy side street in Minneapolis then quietly walked up the block to a rundown duplex building. Although she had been living on this street for over a year, she had never visited this particular house before, nor even known of its existence. Upon arrival, she slipped into the living room and found five chairs arranged in a circle, four of them occupied by people she knew and one of them reserved for her.

Trump indictment – who’s on trial?

by Terry Hurlbut

https://rumble.com/v2tgfjk-trump-indictment-whos-on-trial.html

By now everyone who cares to, has read the Trump indictment – which is unsealed and publicly available. The very word indictment sounds serious, and one normally expects someone writing one to pay attention to every relevant detail of the law. But has that happened in this case? Or has someone written a document full of scary words, hoping that something will stick? Furthermore, how can this document have two different interpretations, depending on whether one wishes the defendant well or ill? The answer is that this indictment is not part of a serious pursuit of truth. Rather, it is a weapon of political warfare typical of countries whose people have lost respect for its institutions. In that sense, the United States and its people, not Donald J. Trump, are on trial here.

‘Lapid, Gantz need to decide if they support majority rule’

Avigdor Liberman: ‘Expect agreement on judicial reform – this week’

MK Milwidsky (Likud) tells INN that it is possible to reach agreement on the judicial reform but it’s the opposition’s turn to compromise.

In a conversation with Arutz Sheva – Israel National News, MK Hanoch Milwidsky of the Likud discussed negotiations on the judicial reform and pointed out that his party has made a significant compromise – and that it is now the opposition’s turn to follow turn.

“I hope this does not lead to an explosion. There are almost no gaps when it comes to substance. The main difference is what we do from here. Do we agree to legislation and the committee for selecting judges, or do we continue to procrastinate as the opposition would like us to? I think the time has come for Lapid and Gantz to decide whether they want to try to reach an agreement as the majority of the people would like to see, or dance to the tune of the rioters,” he points out.

Sabotaging Saudi-Israeli peace

T. Belman. Bibi should refuse to go to the Whitehouse rather than beg for an invitation. My guess is that the WH needs this meeting and Bibi doesn’t. Bibi has already said regardless of any deal the US makes with Iran, Israel won’t be bound by it. Plus Bibi should prioritize extending sovereignty rather than extending the Abraham Accords. The US and SA need normalization more than Israel does.

The Left prefers shafting Netanyahu and promoting Palestinian statehood over breakthrough diplomacy that would transform the Mideast.

By  David M. Weinberg, IH

New York Times columnist Tom Friedman and others on the far Left are seeking to scuttle normalization between Riyadh and Jerusalem. They will not tolerate any breakthrough in ties between Saudi Arabia and Israel during the tenure of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and certainly not until they get their long-groused-about Palestinian state.

In a nasty 6,000-word essay last week, Friedman compared the forward-looking bent of Saudi Arabia under its young leader Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, with the backwardness of Israel under the nationalist-haredi Coalition headed by Netanyahu.

PM said inclined to reject Levin’s plan to deny the opposition a judicial panel spot

T. Belman.  Wednesday is the moment of truth.

In vote Wednesday, Netanyahu reportedly unlikely to give the coalition both of the 2 committee seats reserved for MKs, a move that would likely sink Herzog-brokered reform talks

By TOI STAFF

Ahead of a key vote this week to choose the two Knesset representatives on the Judicial Selections Committee, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was reportedly expected to support having one coalition MK and one opposition MK on the panel, as has been customary.

However, Justice Minister Yariv Levin was continuing to advocate appointing two coalition representatives, according to a Channel 12 news report Saturday evening. Such a move would scuttle the ongoing judicial reform negotiations with the opposition. Control of the committee is central to the government’s plans for overhauling the judiciary.

Lies, damn lies, and statistics: On the manipulation of Israeli public opinion

Why Israel Democracy Institute and Direct Polls Ltd. had widely divergent results on the question of Israelis’ trust in the Knesset.

By Naomi Linder Kahn, INN

The results of a recent ‘trust index’ survey reveal far more than the dry numbers they report – which are important in and of themselves. There are broader messages hiding behind the recently published indicators of public trust in the institutions of Israeli democracy, and both George Orwell and Mark Twain would have demanded that we take notice.

The feds already have all the evidence they need to charge Biden with bribery to change our policy in Ukraine

By David Kahn, AM THINKER

The DOJ has long held the evidence needed to charge Joe Biden with bribery to change our policy in Ukraine. (And also all the evidence needed to charge Hunter with several crimes, including violations of the tax code, of the laws governing the purchase of firearms, and laws prohibiting money laundering. ) Here is an overview of the evidence needed to charge with bribery to change our policy in Ukraine

Our policy was to have Ukraine force Burisma and its owner Zlochevsky to return the oil and gas properties Zlochevsky stole when he was the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources.  And Zlochevsky wanted that policy reversed.

Douglas Macgregor: Another Defeat!

T. Belman. Col Macgregor starts off talking about tensions in Kosovo following independence and currently. It is particularly interesting because there was talk about dividing the country. That would involve severing a predominately Serbian population and the land that houses them from Kosovo and then to move the other Serbs in Kosovo to that area. This solution was rejected because the US thought they should learn to live with diversity. This mentality has implications for Israel.

The same issue is involved in Ukraine. Russia wants to sever the Russian population areas of Ukraine and the US is trying unsuccessfully to prevent it.

Policy Paper: Disarmament of Gaza, part II -What is to be done?

Part II of a policy paper: What changes must occur to make a different outcome in Gaza possible? (See Link to part I below)

By Brig. Gen. (Res.) Yossi Kuperwasser, INN

[Part I can be read here.]

What Is to Be Done?
A proactive and decisive strategy must be formulated and implemented to eventually force Hamas to accept a new set of rules that will relieve Israel of this threat. Such a strategy will also make Israel’s strength and resoluteness clear to the Palestinian Arabs, weaken Hamas’s political standing, and send a message of deterrence to Iran, Hezbollah, and their allies. Eventually it may also aid the peace process by demonstrating that armed attacks and jihad against Israel harms Palestinian Arabs, and that their conditions will improve only after they accept Israel as the permanent Jewish state.

DOJ Covers Up $5M Biden Bribe From Burisma While Indicting Trump

T. Belman. Also by Greenfield: Trump Indicted for Crime Every Admin in Last 40 Years was Guilty Of.

“$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden”

The Biden Justice Department and its various arms were fighting to keep a document alleging that Biden had accepted a $5 million bribe hidden from the public. That’s the same DOJ that is ordinarily more than happy to leak materials involving Trump and conservative targets to the media. The DOJ and the FBI ignored a congressional subpoena and only contempt charges provided limited access to the Biden bribe document.

CO2 is a climate red herring

By W.H. Lippincott, AM THINKER

CO2 and other greenhouse gases (GHG) such as methane have been suspected for more than a century of being potentially harmful atmospheric warming agents.  The climate movement began more recently with the advent of the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in 1989 and the release of Al Gore’s prize-winning film An Inconvenient Truth in 2006.  Climate alarm began as “man-made global warming” and, when cooling was observed even as CO2 levels continued to rise, morphed into “climate change.”

President Trump’s instincts, insight and intuition were especially accurate on eight major policy issues:

  1.    U.S. domestic energy production
  2.   Trade agreements
  3.   Border security
  4.   Manufacturing repatriation
  5.   Defense, national security, and space
  6.   Education
