Marking the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising’s 80th Anniversary

By Moshe Phillips

“They did it only for one purpose, the dignity of the Jewish people.” -Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin

This year marks the 80th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. On April 19, 1943 Nazi forces entered the Warsaw Ghetto with the stated objective of rounding up and deporting all Jews there to death camps but were attacked by organized Zionist fighters. That Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) was created by the Israeli government to be near the anniversary of the Uprising on the Jewish calendar was the correct choice.

Israel’s and the US’ war on terrorism: offense or defense?

T. Belman. I have trouble with Ettinger’s analysis. Islamic and Palestinian terrorism attack Israel for historical reasons which have nothing to do with it being a proxy of the US..  While Israel would like to defeat the Palestinian terrorists, the US protects them and finances them. Israel wants to attack Iran which supports Palestinian terrorism and prevent them from getting the Bomb, the US wants to embrace Iran and finances it, if given a chance.

If America was so hell bent on defeating Islamic terrorism, why didn’t it attack Saudi Arabia immediately after 9/11.

Ambassador (ret.) Yoram Ettinger, “Second Thought: a US-Israel Initiative”

Israel’s and the US’ counter-terrorism

*Islamic and Palestinian terrorism consider Israel as a critical beachhead – and a proxy – of the US in the Middle East and a significant collaborator with the pro-US Arab regimes. They perceive the war on “the infidel Jewish State” as a preview of their more significant war on “the infidel West” and their attempts to topple all pro-US Sunni Arab regimes. Therefore, Islamic and Palestinian terrorism has been engaged in intra-Arab subversion, while systematically collaborating with enemies and rivals of the US and the West (e.g., Nazi Germany, the Soviet Bloc, Ayatollah Khomeini, Latin American, European, African and Asian terror organizations, North Korea, Venezuela and Cuba).

Lucy Dee’s organs donated, saving five lives

‘Lucy and I had discussed this before,’ widower Rabbi Leo Dee says after his wife’s heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys were transplanted and shortly before her funeral

The organs of terror victim Lucy Dee were transplanted Tuesday hours before her funeral, saving the lives of five people, the National Transplant Center said. Her widower, Rabbi Leo Dee, explained the decision by surviving family members to donate the organs — a practice that some Orthodox Jews consider forbidden by Jewish law.

“Since the tragedy, the remaining four of us in the family make decisions together. When the doctors told us the news [that Lucy was brain dead] and also in a condition where she could donate her organs, I brought the family together and we decided to donate the organs,” Dee told The Times of Israel.

The United States and its allies faced a China blockade at the UN on March 17 when they tried to spotlight the dire human rights situation and increasing repression in North Korea.

Russia joined China in what analysts increasingly see as a trend of multi-faceted sabotaging of the United Nations–its principles, practices, and institutions.

The New Israel of Capsized Morality

How to Stop the Islamization of America?

By: Amil Imani

The more I read about Islam, the more concerned I have become about its threat to democracies everywhere. I truly understand how it is that the people in Islamic nations cannot question Islam for fear of death, but I cannot for the life of me see how an educated person can fall victim to this falsehood. I thank Anwar Shaikh for my awakening to Islam being an imperialistic doctrine, as opposed to a religion. “Freedom Is Not Free,” and it takes vigilance to keep it free. In the past, I spent many hours contacting American Congressmen to get our country off dependence on Middle Eastern oil. Fortunately, America is now a major exporter of oil and gas.

Biden Patsies Abet Palestinian Victimhood

As rockets continue to rain, Biden and company need to stop playing the chump in a global campaign aimed at destabilizing Uncle Sam’s faithful Middle East ally.

By

The political fireworks over judicial reform that recently raised a global ruckus against Israel’s governing coalition have now given away to actual, deadly pyrotechnics. This is largely because of the Palestinian terror network’s ability to play the global woke police like a fiddle—including and especially a Biden Administration intent on torching his predecessor’s hard-won gains for peace and stability in the region.

That reality first came into sharp focus for this correspondent during the second week of a recent Holy Land trip when in Hebron, a revered site for Jews and Muslims, our entourage heard Palestinian gripes about harsh victimization.

The bizarre transition in the West

By Howard Rotberg

Over the last twenty years in four books and dozens of essays, I have sought to understand the bizarre transition in the West from supporting the goodness of liberty, non-violence, justice and other Judeo-Christian values to what I now realize is an almost complete submission to evil values and ideologies, including those of the so-called Palestinians.

Hohmann: My book “Stealth Invasion” has been banned by Amazon

T. Belman.  I sent Hohmann my article Trump calls muslim immigration the all time biggest “Trojan Horse” which I believe makes the same case.

Jamie Glazov interviews Leo Hohmann, author of “Stealth Invasion” which expresses concerns about Muslim immigration from countries that hate the U.S. and Europe and have the goal of changing countries from within.  Amazon has banned the book, labeling it as “hate speech”.

Why do the US and the EU support the “Palestinians”? A Symposium

The conspiracy to shrink Israel by Ted Belman.
Tolerism: The bizarre transition in the West, by Howard Rotberg

By Ted Belman   Oct 3, 2021

I asked Victor Rosenthal, Malcolm Dash, Mordechai ben Menachem, Howard Bochner , Ron Jager and Victor Sharpe the following:

I am just beginning to write an article in which I identify the interests of the US and EU which are being served in supporting the Palestinians.

It used to be that it was all about currying favour with the Arabs in particular and the Muslims in general. That case is harder to make today with the advent of the Abraham Accords and US self sufficiency in energy.

Israel Faces a Two-Front Ramadan War With Hezbollah and Hamas

The Iranian proxies ramp up their attacks on the Jewish state.

Israeli police walk inside the Al-Aqsa mosque compound in Jerusalem, April 5.

A sequence of dramatic events over the past three days has brought Israel to the brink of war with Iran-backed militias in Southern Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. This is the product of a continuing effort by Tehran and its various franchises to “unite the arenas” of engagement with the Jewish state against the background of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. It isn’t yet clear if Israel has developed a coherent strategy to counter this Iranian effort.

The future of the US-Israel relationship

By Dr. Eric R. Mandel, MEPIN

At the end of March, in the wake of increasing violence emanating from the cities of Nablus and Jenin in Judea and Samaria, a group of anti-Israel members of Congress wrote a letter to President Joe Biden asking him to “undertake a shift in U.S. policy” regarding Israel. In other words, they asked him to end the U.S.-Israel special relationship.

Anti-judicial reform protesters: Your concerns are sincere but ill-founded

D. Nussbaum. An Op-Ed in the Jerusalem Post from the esteemed Chair of the largest Zionist Grass Roots organization in Israel, Douglas Altabef.  As usual, Mr. Altabef takes into account a broad variety of issues relevant to the major problem facing Israel today, and does so in a very balanced fashion.

Not every MK is a budding Churchill, but overwhelmingly they care deeply about this country, and have its welfare at heart.

A good friend, a bright entrepreneur in his mid-30s, recently confided to me that, while a lifelong Likudnik, he had recently attended an anti-judicial reform rally. He said that there were basically two groups of people there: the Bibi-haters, deploring the “Crime Minister,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who had engineered some kind of coup; and then there were people like himself: fearful, sad, worried that the country they knew and loved was being taken away from them.

CAIR Again Conflates Blasphemy and a ‘Hate Crime’

“The smearing of the word ‘Allah’ in Dr. Awadallah’s name is apparently intentional.”

CAIR, like other Brotherhood groups, is an Islamist organization masquerading as a civil rights community group. The Islamist mission is not to protect any ethnic or even religious group, but to impose Islamic law.

CAIR-MN recently got slapped down for trying this with pictures of Mohammed being shown at an art class at Hamline University.

In Oxford, England continues to reshape itself as a Muslim country

By Andrea Widburg, AM THINKER

Image: Magdalen College by Remi Mathis. CC BY-SA 3.0.

When Henry VIII broke with the papacy, he did not break with Christianity. Instead, the Church of England became a Protestant-Catholic hybrid, with the monarch in place of the Pope. England’s institutions reflected the nation’s ardent Christianity. This was especially true of Oxford’s and Cambridge’s myriad individual colleges that, for hundreds of years, produced leaders steeped in their country’s Anglo-Christianity. Exhibit A is Oxford’s Magdalen College.

Barbara Amiel: Only the Jews themselves can destroy Israel

Israel at 75: Never has the State of Israel faced such savage opposition from sections of the Jewish community — at home and abroad

By Barbara Amiel,  National Post

As Israel marks the 75th anniversary of its founding this year, the National Post is hosting a five-month celebration of the “startup” nation, telling the remarkable story of its rebirth and resilience against all odds.

My generation, the last to have been born before the State of Israel was created and while the Holocaust was in progress, is all but an anachronism now. Faint British childhood memories are of blackout curtains, air-raid sirens and my grandfather showing me the crater that a German V-2 rocket had created overnight on the nearby heath.
