According to Wikipedia this EO was signed on Nov 20/20  and came into effect on Jan 11/21.

Trump is speaking tomorrow.  He will be the president for another 4 years.

A new poll released Monday morning shows the parties opposed to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu receiving fully half of the Knesset’s 120 seats, denying Netanyahu a clear path to the 61 seats he needs for a ruling majority.
