In a disconcerting display of barefaced evasion, and deflection of a straight-forward interview question, Kamala Harris provided more cause for concern for those warning of the grave consequences for Israel should she win the November election.

In a famous (well, infamous) statement of President Joe Biden’s, on May 22, 2020, he said: “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t Black.” Stuff and nonsense. Trump did more for the Black community then Biden ever did. The Donald’s economic policies boosted the economy, while Joe’s had the opposite effect, and a rising tide boosts all boats.
Peloni: Election fraud truly is the only topic on the ballot in November because if the public are not in control of election outcomes in a representative democracy, not only are they not in control of anything, but they are not represented and they have no democracy. Hence, should America fail to restore the authority of the electorate over the government in November, liberty in America will be as much of a relic of the past as tyranny had once thought to be. Indeed, the loss of authority over a constitutional government renders that government as arbitrary in nature and signals a death knell to liberty. Unlike most democracies, however, the American people have maintained the grit and temerity which was first embodied in the Founding Fathers, and have a momentary opportunity to recapture the authority over the govt which they lost in the winter of 2020. Hence, though it is true in every election that each person must weigh their vote as if their lives will depend upon the election’s outcome, it must be understood that in this moment the American people are fighting to regain their role as the reigning Sovereign in the US, to wrest it back from the power barons who now hold dominion over the country. Indeed, either the consent of the governed will be returned to govern over America following November’s election, or something far more sinister will come to replace the dignity of men in that nation, and this determination will be set in stone in less than one month’s time.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out almost 500 strikes on various Hezbollah targets in three days of fighting between October 14 and October 17. The IDF said that troops “dismantled more than 150 Hezbollah terror targets” over a day of ground battles on October 17 alone. In addition, the IDF said that 140 Hezbollah targets had been struck from the air on October 16, with another 200 hit the day before. The targets included “weapons storage facilities, launchers aimed toward Israeli territory, terrorist infrastructure, and terrorist cells,” according to the IDF.

Hamas top leader Yahya Sinwar, the architect of the Oct. 7 invasion and massacre in southern Israel last year, was killed by IDF soldiers during a chance encounter in the town of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, the IDF confirmed Thursday evening.
Following initial reports and speculation in the early afternoon, Israeli media announced that cabinet ministers were informed of Sinwar’s confirmed death after DNA tests were conducted on his body.

The FBI recently released its hate crime statistics for 2024, and they don’t paint a comforting picture for those who uncritically accept the left’s claims about the state of the nation and what is going on in it. The FBI’s data belies the increasingly common linkage of “antisemitism” with “Islamophobia,” as if, in the aftermath of Hamas’s Oct. 7, 2023, jihad massacre of 1,200 Israelis, both Jews and Muslims were facing vigilante attacks on an equal basis. In reality, the increasingly common mention of “Islamophobia” in any discussion of “antisemitism” is just an attempt to soften the rage of Muslims in the United States over the expression of any concern about antisemitism. Ultimately, there should be zero incidents in both categories, but to equate them is a manifestation of a politically motivated myopia and deliberate distortion of reality.
Peloni: The only reason why Sinwar lies dead today and why the threat which his leadership posed towards Israel is finally at an end, is because Bibi defeated all of Sinwar’s allies. From the Dems in Washington to the Leftists in the Opposition, these naysayers placed every roadblock possible to derail Netanyahu and his commitment to see this war to its necessary end. From Shumer to Gantz, from Kamala to Gallant, it was these factions which were actively facilitating a lifeline to Sinwar and a resuscitation to the Hamas regime which was responsible for October 7 and would have seen this tragedy revisited upon Israel in the future, if not for the resilience, defiance, and perseverance of Bibi Netanyahu. Indeed, his victory is one which will be felt around the world, but this victory was led by one man against a great countercurrent. In an era in which the Free World is being corrupted by despotic forces who are aligning with barbarians, Bibi has seized the moment to lead the free world in facing down both the barbarians at the gate as well as their facilitators in his own ranks and among his allies. He is a truly incredible leader who is reshaping the world by refusing to surrender to either his enemies or allies, a feat which I hope to see him continue to fulfill til his vital mission is accomplished.

Peloni: News of Sinwar’s death is a continuation of the series of successes which have been won in this war. While these victories have been substantial, Bibi must continue to press the advantage forward. The much anticipated strike on Iran must maintain or accelerate this momentum. Now is not the time to punt but to strike another grand slam against Iran. It is not enough to humiliate Iran, as the humiliation must be a painful and productive humiliation.

Peloni: The coming lame duck session in the wake of the coming election was always going to be a period fraught with peril for Israel. It seems that the Washington elites could not wait that long due to mounting Israeli successes. Hopefully, the lame duck period will be the end of their unvarnished control over Israel, but even in that nearly three month period, they will try to effect a great deal of damage upon Israel. And this report only foreshadows a small aspect of what that damage might look like.

After reading Benjamin Weinthal’s article entitled “Germany delays selling weapons to Israel but continues sales to Qatar, sparking criticism,” Mr. Weinthal wondered what prompted Germany to “ignore Israeli requests to purchase weapons, according to a Sunday report in the German mass circulation daily Bild.” Mr. Weinthal further questioned: hadn’t German Chancellor Olaf Scholz made a pledge of unconditional solidarity with Jerusalem after October 7? Were the Germans leaving off where their forebears started or was this just a temporary aberration?
Peloni: The penalties for such looters should be made prohibitively severe. In the report there is a mention of a two year sentence, which should be significantly increased.
Peloni: Bravo to Ollie for adding the relevant dialogue which actually balances Konstantin Kisin’s monologue. Kisin’s statement truly is epic even in its unbalanced form, but it becomes even more powerfully relevant with Ollie’s added remarks.
Peloni: This was a trainwreck interview. Interesting that her people pulled the plug just as Baier raised the graphic showing the $200 billion which Iran has accessed in the leadup to the current war against Israel, directly due to the change in policies which took place under the current administration. I wish he had raised this question earlier to be honest, but the points which he did raise were significant, as were the hyperbole in place of answers which Kamala provided.

U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is a decorated retired Army officer. He was supportive of Israel’s foray into Lebanon in the beginning. It would have been hard for him not to be, as Israel delivered justice for hundreds of U.S. and Allied military personnel murdered by Hezbollah in Lebanon and elsewhere. But his Oct. 12 phone call with Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant pivoted into this:
“The secretary strongly emphasized the importance of ensuring the safety and security of [United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon] UNIFIL forces and Lebanese Armed Forces and reinforced the need to pivot from military operations in Lebanon to a diplomatic pathway as soon as feasible. Sec. Austin also raised the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza and stressed that steps must be taken to address it.”
