Competing in the antisemitism sweepstakes along with Francesca Albanese, Roger Waters, Ye, Guy Pearce, Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and Nick Fuentes, is a UN official of whom you may not have heard until now. She is Reem Alsalem, who is the UN Rapporteur on Violence Against Women and Girls. So you would think, given her job, that she would. take a keen interest in identifying and publicizing examples of such violence, especially of rape. But that turns out not to be the case.
Peloni: If peace is not possible, disincentivizing war may be an important alternative. Yet, it is still relevant to recognize that the distinction between peace and disincentivizing war remains to be a significant gulf, especially in the Middle East where war is about religious conquest, something which becomes all the more relevant when we grasp Trump’s efforts to grant Qatar and Turkey any meaningful role in this process. Indeed, the leadership in Turkey and the Qatar are well known supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood and Erdogan has often spoken of his dreams of empire. Yet, these two nations driven by their radical ideology of conquest continue to be promoted by the US, and the Trump administration continues to try to grant them sensitive roles in Trump’s plan to disincentivize war. Nations which are led by dreams of a world wide caliphate will find it an easy choice to scuttle Trump’s plans for the future, even at the cost of billions of dollars in revenue. It seems impossible that this is not clearly understood by the current administration.

A new transit corridor that will be built in Armenia jointly with the United States is the missing link in connecting nations from Central Asia to Europe carving a path all the way to the Middle East with the hope of creating trade—and, ultimately, peace.
Peloni: There are laws in America which could protect American Jews, which would isolate terrorists, cut off their funding, and silence their open support, and intimidate even those unconnected with terrorist organizations from targeting Jews and Jewish communities in the US. The anti-terror laws in the US have been too long ignored, and they need to be put into practice with speed and precision to stem this rising wave of Jew Hatred which is racing across the US. Prosecuting terrorism and terror supporters should not be a controversial matter.

Chaos erupted outside Wilshire Blvd Temple in Los Angeles as pro-Hamas demonstrators blocked and harassed Jews trying to enter the synagogue and school, creating a near-pogrom atmosphere, witnesses said. Founded in 1862, the Wilshire Boulevard Temple. it is the oldest Jewish congregation in Los Angeles.

In a just society, heroes are honored. In today’s New Jersey, it seems they are indicted.
The information in my very last posting, which showcases many of Israel’s strengths – strengths found in our extraordinary people – gives us immeasurable hope.
Peloni: The normalizing of socialized events with the sponsors of terrorism somehow diverts from the image of what Making America Great Again might suggest. Coming within days of the release of Trump’s Executive Order regarding the possible banning of selective Muslim Brotherhood Chapters makes this a rather emboldened concern.
A new NGO Monitor report based on internal Hamas documents reveals a systematic effort by the terrorist group to infiltrate and control international aid organizations in Gaza. It explains that Hamas established a network of operatives, described as “guarantors”, who were either members of Hamas or loyal to Hamas, and who were placed within major NGOs like Oxfam, Save the Children, and the Norwegian Refugee Council. By doing so, these guarantors provided Hamas the means by which to monitor activities of the NGOs and influence decision making, while having the ability to access sensitive financial and administrative data within the relative organizations. It also provided Hamas with the means by which to manipulate aid distribution by the NGOs.
Peloni: Rather than inviting instability in the region as is what has taken place under Oslo, a Two State Solution in Lebanon would render the region more stable. It would also free the Lebanese Christian community from its current state of dhimmitude under the Hezbollah run trainwreck of Lebanon, allowing the Lebanese Christians to once again flourish.
Pope Leo visited Lebanon, where the proportion of the indigenous Christian population continues to decline even as the Muslim colonial population grows, and called for a two state solution. Not to create a Christian state in Lebanon, but to create a Muslim one in Israel.
Peloni: I am glad to hear that TPUSA is finally going to begin to address the brutal and scathing commentary being used to manipulate Kirk’s memory by the likes of Owens.

“The Charlie Kirk Show” producer Blake Neff lambasted podcaster Candace Owens Wednesday for claiming that Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk was “betrayed” by high-ranking members of the conservative student group, saying TPUSA would deliver a detailed response to her claims via a livestream.Authorities arrested Tyler Robinson, 22, early in the morning of Sept. 12, accusing him of fatally shooting Kirk during a TPUSA event at Utah Valley University. Owens posted on X Tuesday that she would “be naming names and providing evidence” to support her allegations, which have involved French paratroopers, the Egyptian military and TPUSA leadership.
Peloni: Excellent article by Gadi Taub describing a detailed review of the Sde Teiman affair in which elite IDF soldiers were falsely accused of raping a prisoner using falsified evidence leaked by the IDF’s top lawyer. He also goes into the details surrounding the attempted coverup which followed and the repercussions which are still developing from these revelations. This case will come to be seen as the first grand strike against the Deep State forces which coordinates the courts, law enforcement and the media against the people, the govt and the IDF.

On July 29, 2024, a Military Police team raided the Sde Teiman holding facility, where fighters from Hamas’ elite Nukhba unit—which spearheaded the Oct. 7 massacres—were being held. Their targets were not the terrorists. Instead, they had arrived to arrest a group of IDF reservists serving there on guard duty. Their faces covered in masks, 40 Israeli Military Police officers disarmed and arrested 10 members of Force 100, which was in charge of security incidents at the jail.
Peloni: Following the death of Israel aligned Yasser Abu Shabab in Israeli controlled Rafah today, Mudar Zahran tweeted the following statement:

After receiving an invitation from U.S. President Donald Trump during a phone call on Monday, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to visit the United States after Christmas, Israeli media reported on Wednesday.
Peloni: This was a surprising appointment with no experience in Mossad, contrasting significantly with his predecessors. The appointment of an outsider to lead this spy agency completes Netanyahu’s recasting the leadership among the intel agencies.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced Thursday the appointment of his current Military Secretary, Major-General Roman Gofman, as the next head of the Mossad, Israel’s elite intelligence and special operations agency.
Peloni: This is a very concerning story. The detailed surveillance, preparations, and skills described in this story are too great for even the most obtuse observer to conclude that this was the actions of a supposed Lone Wolf attacker. Yet, that is how the US officials are proceeding. Someone needs to make this make sense.

Peloni: Fascinating must see interview with international affairs expert Yifa Segal in which she depicts everything taking place today as being related to the power paradigm of America vs China. The resulting trade routes which will emerge from the contest between these two super powers will itself define the future import and stability of those nations on whom these trade routes might depend. Yifa warns, however, that all actors involved in this undertaking should understand that none of them are essential to US intentions, and that anyone of them might be replaced as the trade route can be routed through other states. She also raises the concern that this warning is likewise true for Israel as well. With this in mind, she challenges that the role for Israel to play in all of this is that of facilitating solutions so as to be a relevant partner for the American designs for the future. It is under this consideration that she explains using the Israeli side of the Yellow Line as a solution in Gaza might significantly advantage Israel.
