Bangladeshi officials issued statements on Jan. 10 saying that their military should be deployed as part of the planned “International Stabilization Force” in the Gaza Strip. They also claimed that their national security adviser, Khalilur Rahman, also an economist and a former U.N. official, met with members of the Trump administration in Washington and discussed the idea. News reports indicated that the U.S. State Department had no immediate comment on the Bangladeshi claims.

Peloni:  Is antisemitism too popular to actually describe antisemites as being antisemitic, even as POTUS is announcing that there is no room for them in his movement?  As Trump initially demonstrated the moral courage needed to whisk away any support from antisemites, he refrained from addressing the antisemitism which is infiltrating its poisonous effect among his base, making his statement rejecting antisemitism no different than those shallow remarks made by Heritage Pres. Peloni:  This is a must read article.  Saudi Arabia is renewing its engagement on Gaza by proposing that it be allowed to supervise reforms within the Palestinian Authority (PA) as a step toward future governance of the Strip.  Offering its support to ensure anti-corruption measures, administrative restructuring, de-radicalization, while also ending terrorist stipends, required benchmarks demanded by Israel, the US, and Gulf states, the Saudis are calling for the release of withheld tax revenues and offer to include Saudi financial incentives. While the Saudis argue that this is intended to end the Gaza war and advance the Trump plan and Abraham Accords, Israel remains opposed to premature PA entry into Gaza, while the UAE doubts reform credibility.  Hence, once again, we stand at the brink of offering terrorists cash to behave rather than finding some alternative to the American equity of the terrorist PA, which has a history of absorbing cash like a financial black hole while ignoring the demands which are associated with payments.  Radicals have no end of appetite for cash, no limit of pretense in role-playing hudnas and no possibility of being deradicalized following a life built upon the structural application of radicalization.  While the PA celebrated October 7 longer than did their cousins in Gaza, we are to trust that they will not only be reformed, but that they will be reformed while being granted access to authority in Gaza for which they should NEVER have any access ever.  This is pure madness…and we can expect that Washington is going to put the full weight of its inscrutable support behind it.

After months of signaling disengagement, Riyadh has presented Washington with a plan to oversee comprehensive reforms within the Palestinian Authority – a move designed to pave the way for Ramallah’s return to power in Gaza.

In November 2025, the White House issued an executive order appearing to be part of a broader trend with global impact banning elements of the Moslem Brotherhood, and designating certain Moslem Brotherhood entities as foreign terrorist organizations. Peloni:  What is really needed to support the people of Iran in their goal of regaining control over their lives and their country is real support.  When the US chooses their targets and drops their bombs, no matter the sensitivity of the targets, the people of Iran will still only have their voice with which to defend themselves.  What they need are the capabilities to do more than overwhelm their oppressors with their numbers as they march into a hail of bullets and grenade fire. They need arms, munitions, and the capability to render their zeal as being more meaningful than a gaggle of protesting fish in an Iranian barrel. They need the ability to protect themselves and to stop the purge of their leaders and members and to bring their fight to a meaningful and decisive conclusion. Their victory in this moment will be a victory for the US and the West, and the possibility of their failure in this moment will have far reaching implications.  Of course, arming the Iranians will lack the the public extravaganza which arial explosions always provide for the press and which may satisfy a Western audience.  Yet, when the smoke clears from the US ordinance, it will leave the protestors in the precarious and unenviable position of still being defenseless against the unrestrained wrath of their Mullah masters whose control over Iran will not be defeated in the coming strikes.  The Iranians need arms, and they need them now.

While the leftists have been mentally masturbating over Maduro and Renee Good, the real news is the growing anti-Islamist revolution Iran.

Peloni:  Recall that the PA and its associated organizations, including the PA Police, are an American equity, one which is held in such high esteem that even the stigmatism of it institutionally associated with and rewarding terrorism has failed to lead to the US disowning this Fatah operated sham facade as Israel’s peace partner.  Even today, the US is operating under an understanding that their PA equity will be miraculously refashioned into something which can be relied upon to manage what will come to be in Gaza, and no doubt will also be included in America’s never forgotten and always resuscitating vehicle of terror Two State Solution.  The Americans needs to take responsibility for the pernicious pretense that their PA behemoth is anything more than a weaponize tool intended to seek the destruction of Israel, and the slaughter and enslavement of its people.  This organization, despite it being owned by the US, is incapable of any meaningful reform for the very reason that it was fashioned from the steel of a terrorist organization which has only had one goal in mind, and that goal is not, and could never be, the pursuit of peace or anything slightly resembling it.  Til such an honest evaluation of the PA which America has developed over the years is adopted, such tragedies as described below will continue, because war, not peace, is the purpose of the PA, and any attempt to fashion this terror entity towards fitting a peace sized hole will only demonstrate the facetious and false nature of those who would tolerate, much less advocate, for such an outrageously malicious, and all too obvious, fabrication.

Under the Oslo Accords, the Palestinian Authority made a solemn commitment to help the IDF suppress terrorists in Judea and Samaria (a/k/a the West Bank). These turn out to be promises more honored in the breach than in the observance.
