Peloni:  Science, good science, requires a concerted effort to design studies to specifically remove factors such as selection bias, and yet, what we have seen over the past several years, particularly in what has been passed as ‘research’ on Covid and the ‘safe and effective’ vaccines, is an almost routine use of such mismanaged study designs whose results are dependent upon those factors not being considered and not being removed.  Bad science is in fact not science at all.  It is propaganda, commonly used to mask its support for special interests as was true going back to the Bernay survey which came to recommend the import of eating bacon for breakfast to improve the sales of the pork industry over a century ago.  As the Covid scam becomes more and more revealed and its foundational scientific research is demonstrably seen to be not just flawed but rigged towards an ultimate outcome, demand an accountability for all who were involved in this skullduggery, and a return to investigating the wonders of the universe asnd not the profit margins of such industries as are supported by selection bias passed off as scientific research.

These last years have provided a tremendous education in the ways seemingly rigorous science can actually be highly misleading. Much of the problem traces to a simple idea: selection bias. Once you understand it, much of what we think we know about what is true, along with many studies showing it to be true, melt away.

Good science corrects for the problem but it is still ubiquitous.

Let’s take a simple example.

Say you have a dog and you make his own meals. You are careful about this and rather strict, making sure that you have all the right vitamins and minerals in the meals and each is the right size and you stick with it daily. You monitor the results. You save money. The dog is healthy and happy.

Peloni:  The Chinese are a greater problem than can be dealt with by Israel.  Israel is capable of dealing effectively with the terror sublets which today surround her, and the Israeli people are currently inclined to dispatch these problems as they have too long been allowed to fester, but only the US might deal with China, even as they would prefer to waste their resources and alienate potential partners in their failed attempt to regime change Russia.  As the focus of the US has been for decades focused upon elective wars and international intrigues, it should have been contending with the growing threat and power of China.  The return of Trump and sanity will hopefully lead the US, to refocus its attention in countering the arising threat  from China which today has its tentacles of control growing across the world and even among the youth of America.  If a credible response from the US to China is not forthcoming, it will likely foreshadow ever darkening events for the West in genera, but for Israel in particular.

In a scandalous, shameful, and disgraceful statement published on June 29 by the Iranian UN Mission’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, Iran’s UN ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani blatantly, and even proudly boasted of his country’s promise to “obliterate Israel if Israel attacks Hezbollah in Lebanon.”

One may assume that nobody was really very surprised by such a statement emanating from a senior Iranian official.

This, especially in light of the multitude of similar threats to annihilate Israel emanating on a daily basis from the Iranian political and military leadership, as well as the abhorrent, weekly antisemitic sermons by senior Iranian ayatollahs and other clerics throughout Iran echoing the antisemitic sentiments of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

Understanding Turkey’s relationship with its Western allies is challenging, at times, non-sensical. Scholars debate between whether the West actually ‘lost’ Turkey, or whether Ankara actually chose to drift away from being identified as a stalwart member of NATO, or a key strategic ally of the US Some say, it’s neither. It is simply a function of a more independent and economically assertive Turkey, seeking strategic autonomy, that does not feel obligated to tow the western line at all times. Whichever explanation one sees as correct, is less important than the long list of grievances that isolates Turkey inside of NATO and its relationship with Washington. These range from Turkey’s foot-dragging over NATO expansion, adding Finland and Sweden to the alliance, all the way to actively supporting Russia’s war effort in Ukraine. Some argue that despite lingering problems, there is no need for alarm, as many of the disagreements are not new, are managed, and as a result, Turkey and the West can continue to coast along by co-operating in areas where they agree and agreeing to disagree, where they don’t. This is unsustainable.

In a letter to Judge Merchan earlier today, New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg is asking for a postponement of sentencing.

Regardless of the corrupt Lawfare trial outcome, the Supreme Court ruling around presidential immunity has thrown a wrench into the former prosecution’s case.

Alvin Bragg used evidence, within the trial, that has been deemed by the Supreme court to be inadmissible. President Trump’s lawyers are filing a motion to overturn the judgement based on the SCOTUS ruling. Bragg now requests additional time to review the Lawfare consequences and construct his own legal strategy.

After last Thursday’s Democrat debate debacle, there’s too much chatter going on about how to get Joe the hell out of office before November and keep Obama’s Make America Socialist agenda still viable to their voter base. It isn’t going to happen! The rules are explicit. If Joe drops out or drops dead at their feet, then it’s Kamala Harris’s turn in the barrel, and there is no argument. They might bring in a new horse, but they can’t change horses in the middle of the stream. It then becomes the Democrat party’s job, if they still have one, to stop the bleeding. But how can they when they are in a complete meltdown? The prospect of another Trump presidency is so annoying, and the fact he is so organized and successful, there’s no accounting for what they might pull off to keep him out. To lose will confirm the end of their socialist dream for America. With Joe, they have all but fumbled their dream away.
