Iran Seeking Talks With US, Abandoning Its Preset Conditions

JaFaJ Intelligence solution 21 July 2020

Jafaj Intelligence sources have confirmed that the Islamic Republic of Iran has recently sought negotiations with the United States “with no pre-conditions from either side”.

The sources have confirmed that the message was delivered by the Swiss Government to the US. A duplicate message was delivered through intermediaries of the German government. The United States has not had an embassy in Iran since 1978, but maintains consular help and communication through the Swiss Embassy in Tehran. Hence, it was only natural to get the message delivered through the Swiss.

While the Iranians have always claimed their desire to negotiate with the Trump administration, they have always exhibited pre-set conditions, for example, Iran’s nuclear program. Nonetheless, this time, the Iranians are seeking negotiations with the Americans with no pre-set conditions from their side.

INTO THE FRAY: Israel and the perverse paradox of Jewish “liberals”

By MARIN SHERMAN, IISS

Israel should be a source of pride for all Jews—but particularly for Jews who espouse liberal values of tolerance and pluralism, of individual liberty and of human advancement.

The notion that the state created by the sacrifice, blood, guts and brains of millions of courageous Israelis should be trashed because it doesn’t measure up to the hopes of one presumptuous intellectual living on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is something so silly that you’d have to be an idiot (or an editor at The New York Times) to believe it. – Jonathan_S._Tobin, JNS, July 8, 2020.

Our brothers in Africa have begged, pleaded, requested – DEMANDED the recognition and realization of our inborn right to live in peace under our own sovereignty in our own country. How easy it should be, for anyone who holds dear this inalienable right of all mankind, to understand and support the right of the Jewish People to live in their ancient Land of Israel. All men of good will exult in the fulfillment of God’s promise, that his People should return in joy to rebuild their plundered land. This is Zionism, nothing more, nothing less. Attributed to Martin Luther King (1929-1968).

COVID-19 cases overstated by one hundred percent because of indiscriminate testing

By Erwin Haas, AMERICAN THINKER

Brief Note: It is a well known principle in statistics that all tests will have some biologic false positives that unfortunately label individuals as being diseased but who are not afflicted. The corona viral dna tests have a reported 4% false positive rate that, when applied to the nearly 50 million tests done so far result in 2 million falsely labelled as having COVID-19.

For some weeks I have been watching the COVID-19 scene with some distress. Brian Joondeph,  a physician and one of the smartest people that I read vaguely hinted at the solution yesterday but didn’t really nail it. So, I’m going to make my addition to this article here:

Hungary draws Israel into a coalition of disgruntled conservatives

T. Belman. If any EU country is “disgruntled” now, it is the liberal democracies.  Hungary, like Israel and the US is not in the least disgruntled.  In both the US and Israel it is the opposition that is disgruntled.

“If there were a competition among countries of who is most attacked by the world media, Israel and Hungary would be among the top three for sure.”

Title VI Funding and Man at Yale

by Cliff Smith, AMERICAN SPECTATOR

Universities want money, but not accountability, for how they use federal funds.

In William F. Buckley’s inaugural book God and Man at Yale, published in 1951, then-famed Professor Henry Steele Commager was cited for his belief that university faculty should have total control over the educational marketplace. In Professor Commager’s view, consumers and financers of education should have no say. Buckley believed differently. He believed that much of the Yale professoriate was contemptuous of religious believers and sympathetic to leftist economic theories, out of step with both its student population, and parents and alumni who funded Yale. While professors claimed impartiality, Buckley believed this was both untrue and impossible in any event. Thus, a central argument to his book was the need for countervailing forces. Failure to do so would create “an elite of professional Untouchables.”

Syria is tempting, but will China bite?

Syria could become key node in China’s Belt & Road Initiative, but could also drag China closer to Middle East multiple conflicts.

(JNS) On the eve of the Syrian Civil War, Muhammad Jarah’s and Ahmad Bustati’s warehouse in Damascus symbolized China’s emergence as Syria’s largest supplier of industrial and consumer goods. The dilapidated warehouse was stocked with everything from Chinese laser-cutting machines to plastic toys for children.

A decade of fighting dashed the two Syrian entrepreneurs’ hopes. However, things seemed to be looking up for businessmen like Jarah and Bustati once Syrian President Bashar Assad gained the upper hand in the war through the assistance of Russia and Iran. China sees longer-term economic potential in Syria as a regional node of what its Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) will eventually look like, irrespective of the coronavirus pandemic and its devastating economic consequences.

John Bolton says there’s ‘disagreement’ between Israel and US on sovereignty plan

Former National Security Advisor John Bolton says sovereignty plan hasn’t moved forward due to ‘disagreements’ with US.

By David Rosenberg. INN 21/07/20 08:23

John Bolton speaks at trilateral meeting in Jerusalem, June 25th 2019

The failure of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to move forward with his sovereignty plan at the beginning of July is the result of “disagreement” with the US over the plan, says former US National Security Advisor John Bolton, who singled out President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner as the key opponent to Israeli plans to apply sovereignty.

In an interview with Galei Tzahal’s Efi Triger which was released Tuesday morning, Bolton said that Kushner opposes unilateral actions by Israel, including the application of sovereignty in parts of Judea and Samaria.

By Jonathan Lis, HAARETZ

6-Year-Old Hero in Brutal Dog Mauling Is Epitome of Traditional Masculinity

6-Year-Old Hero Destroys Left’s Toxic Masculinity Narrative

By Andrew J. Sciascia, WESTERN JOURNAL

With talk of toxic masculinity growing more pervasive in the culture, the idea of a brave man heralded for protecting a young lady in need seems almost a taboo fairy tale at this point.

According to New York Times writer Maya Salam, too many modern American boys have been indoctrinated with the idea that men “can’t express emotion openly; that they have to be ‘tough all the time’; that anything other than that makes them ‘feminine’ or weak.”

Michelle Malkin beaten by BLM thugs and prevented from speaking at Denver pro-police rally

By Peter Barry Chowka, AMERICAN THINKER

Conservative author and activist Michelle Malkin was brutally assaulted and prevented from speaking as she made her way to the speaker’s platform at a pro-police public rally in downtown Denver on Sunday. The patriotic event, the 6th Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Day billed as “family friendly,” was advertised in advance on social media including at Malkin’s Twitter, where she has 2.2 million followers.

Malkin was live streaming the event from her cell phone on Periscope Sunday afternoon as the situation deteriorated after masked thugs wearing Black Lives Matter t-shirts assaulted two speakers and then set upon Malkin. A diminutive child of immigrants from the Philippine who legally moved to the U.S. in the late 1960s, Malkin, who was born in Philadelphia in 1970, describes herself as a “little brown woman” with a “big mouth.” Malkin linked to the entire 35 minute long Periscope video at her Twitter.

How Netanyahu lost focus, and his coalition lost control, in fight against COVID

PM has always sought to sideline competing ministers and make all the decisions himself; that strategy served him well in the first wave of the virus, but then he got distracted

The coronavirus pandemic arrived in Israel in mid-February. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu seemed up to the task.

He led regular televised briefings announcing each new stage of social-distancing restrictions. At his side, each time, were top officials of the state bureaucracy, especially the directors of the Health and Finance ministries, Moshe Bar Siman-Tov and Shai Babad respectively.

The Stone Commute Highlighted Democrats’ Hypocrisy––But Now They’re Waking Up

“Trump Spares Stone from Imprisonment, Sparking Howls of Amnesiac Democrats” was the colorful headline of a recent Wall St. Journal piece by journalist, author and former Asst. U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of NY, Andrew C. McCarthy.

The “Stone” in the headline referred to Roger Stone, a longtime associate of President Trump who was sentenced to 40 months in prison two years ago for lying to Congress, among other counts, during the failed fiasco of the Mueller investigation into the non-existent collusion of then-candidate Trump with Russian operatives to rig the 2016 election in his favor.

Dozens of Israeli doctors have signed a petition claiming that the current policy implemented by the Health Ministry will lead Israel to an economic collapse, according to N12.

The doctors also claimed that the policy has no chance of succeeding in any way and actually causes an increase in morbidity and death rates. As an alternative, the group of doctors offered to keep the older population safer and to allow more freedom to Israel’s youth.

The BDS-BLM alignment: Implications for Israel and Diaspora Jewry

The increasingly mainstreamed BDS-BLM narrative poses a grave danger to the U.S. and European progressive and liberal Jewish communities.

By Dan Diker, JCPA

The murder of George Floyd, a black American who was killed on May 25 while in police custody in Minneapolis triggered the most widespread racially charged protests in the United States and Europe since the 1960s. International protests over Floyd’s death, led by the Black Lives Matter movement (BLM), have generated expressions of sympathy and support from Western prime ministers, legislators, law-enforcement officials and local government. Prominent members of the U.S. House of Representatives “took a knee” in a historically unprecedented public display of solidarity for any civil- or human-rights protest movement.

Senior Likud officials planning rebellion against Netanyahu

The officials say Netanyahu’s continued tenure as PM could destroy Likud, whose agenda is being dictated by his personal affairs.

By Hezki Baruch, INN 19/07/20 13:59

Likud

Current and former senior Likud officials, some of whom are current Knesset members, are currently coming together in an effort to bring about the replacement of the party’s chairman, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Arutz Sheva has learned.

According to those senior officials, Prime Minister Netanyahu has abandoned the goals of the party and the right-wing agenda, in favor of dealing with his personal affairs, and therefore it is necessary to bring the Likud back to its true path.

Our Worship of Power Over Truth

Orwell intended Nineteen Eighty-Four as a warning, an admonition. Our woke social justice warriors, supposing they are even aware of Orwell’s work, would seem to regard it as a plan of action, a how-to manual.

By Roger Kimball, AM GREATNESS

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a column about “purity spirals.” That’s what the journalist Gavin Haynes calls the familiar “moral feeding frenzy” that occurs whenever ideology triumphs over truth. The French Revolution provides vivid historical examples, as did Mao’s cultural revolution in the 1960s. Those caught in a purity spiral, I observed, invariably find themselves embarked on an endless search for enemies, “a concerted effort to divide the world between the tiny coterie of the blessed and the madding crowd of the damned. The game, Haynes notes, ‘is always one of purer-than-thou.’”

It is also, not incidentally, a contest to subordinate truth to the accumulation of power.

Very Good News Israel

By Michael Ordman, VGNI

Ten years ago I read a copy of a new book containing the reasons for Israel’s transformation into a nation of entrepreneurs.  “Start-Up Nation” by Dan Senor and Saul Singer inspired me to start compiling a weekly newsletter of positive news about Israel.  The photo is of some of the many inspiring books about Israel published in the last 10 years. They reinforce the thousands of articles in these positive newsletters.

Please celebrate this anniversary by making a donation to help me publicize Israel’s achievements to a wider audience. Many thanks
