Sheer speculation on my part: In an interview with the current mayor of New York City, were a journalist to ask him to recommend a good book on the political ideology of Democratic Socialism and its most respected theorist so his constituents could benefit from its wisdom as he has, he likely might dodge the question by refusing to promote one book over another, when he likely has never read such a book because he is underneath a Shiite Muslim, whose sect, some say, are the most enthusiastic practitioners of Islam’s principle of taqqiya/ dissembling, in the vernacular, deceitful lying.

I am deeply troubled that Javier Bardem continues to receive prominent acting roles despite what I view as a long record of antisemitic rhetoric and statements which, in my opinion, minimize or excuse terrorism. I find this especially disturbing at a time when Israelis and Jews around the world are still grieving the victims of brutal terrorist attacks and murder of civilians and children.

Benayahu Melet and Maj. Yuval Ezra were needlessly murdered in the recent terror attack in the Samarian hillside when a group of Arab terrorists actually seized a rifle from Israeli security officer Benaymen Melet.
Peloni: This ruse in the form of UNSC Resolution 2803 will not bring peace. It will perpetuate the trauma of having an internationally controlled organization present on Israeli soil while seeing to the ‘needs’ of the Palestinians who have been weaponized with a Jew Hating psychopathy which was design, implemented and funded by the international community.
What is more is that Hamas is still active in Gaza, and the International force taking up positions in Gaza will instead be occupying the Israeli held part of Gaza.
It was a great failure of leadership for PM Netanyahu to refuse to seize Gaza, destroy Hamas, and insist upon the full implementation of the emigration policy describe by President Trump in the early hours of his administration. What is more is that in the Security Cabinet vote regarding the deployment of the ISF in Gaza, PM Netanyahu was joined by the entire Security Cabinet with the single exception of Min. of National Security Ben Gvir. Hence DM Katz, FM Saar, Justice Min. Levin, and Finance Min. Smotrich all voted with PM Netanyahu in favor of allowing an international occupying force inside Gaza.

Peloni: The silence surrounding the daily mounting slaughters of Iranian protestors by its govt is both shocking and disturbing. The wanton murder of these defenseless political prisoners is being used as a deterrence against further protests. Yet, as the US is actively negotiating with Iran and multiple press briefings, conferences, speeches and interviews are being conducted by the US administration, not a single question has been raised as to how the US might act to forestall this continued slaughter.

During an interview on Kol Berama radio in Jerusalem, Misgav Institute’s Prof. Zaki Shalom relates that Trump canceled a Friday night attack on Iran, and is instead using the threat of agreeing to have Israel return to complete the job in Iran. This is why there was no further attacks by the US on the 14th day of resuming targets strikes against Iran.
Peloni: We are an ancient and powerful people, with the means of achieving great successes even while we face great adversity in every age. Yet, we will be consumed by the success of the plague of self destruction, bitter rivalries, and internal enmity if we can not temper the recurring trait of baseless hatred from dominating our agendas. Unity is the basis on which our survival can be charted, while our destruction will come from the contrary. We saw this in our ancient past, and as I have recently noted, and which Victor Satya captures so well below, we have also seen this in the very hours of the reconstitution of our state had begun to be realized. We can face any foe, and all of them at once as we have recently seen, but only by doing so as one people with a common purpose rather than as various factions who are too busy vying for the destruction of one another while mistaking where the real enemies lie. While noting this, it is interesting that while Netanyahu is calling for a unity govt, joining all factions in the country as one, the opposition maintains there strongest focus as being a govt which does not include the largest party while admitting that it is simply due to their great disgust of the man leading it. This campaign of division is characterized by their willingness to join with non-Zionist and shamefully compare the leadership of Raam to an actual Israeli hero. Make no doubt about it, baseless hatred is on the ballot in Octobers elections, and the choice could not be more clear. The only questions we need to consider is that, as we are facing onslaughts from every angle, and as the world is reshaping the entire Middle East, will the pursuit of sinking another Altalena be the consequence of the next election, and, if so, how terrible might the tragedy be that follows the latest example of our own divisions once more flying the flag of Baseless Hatred as our most resilient and defining trait.
A promise forged in the smoke of the Altalena now faces its greatest test—not on the battlefield, but between brothers.

We have people who consider themselves superior to everyone else — gatekeepers, and various elites — for whom what applies to others is not supposed to apply to them.
In recent years they have been fueling hatred against the Haredim, because, according to them, all Haredim evade military service, choosing instead to sit idly and unproductively and study the Torah all day long. In their eyes, these leeches receive enormous budgets and entitlements, while the mainstream, secular population has to serve (both mandatory service and reserve duty) and contribute the majority of its earnings to fund them.
